Indiana High School Softball - Varsity Opponent bested by Perry Central
April 2, 2026: Leopold, IN 47551 The Perry Central Commodores routed the visiting Varsity Opponent softball team by a final score of 23-6 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Commodores now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orleans for a Patoka Lake battle on Friday, April 3. Perry Central will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Varsity Opponent moves to 7-45 on the season. The travel to Niceville (Niceville, FL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, April 3. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 8-6. Niceville lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Crestview (Crestview, FL)
