Virginia High School Lacrosse - Christiansburg drops to Rockbridge County
April 20, 2022: Lexington, VA 24450 Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA), 25-0 in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson Forest for a non-league test on Monday, April 25. Rockbridge County will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-3.
In their next game, the Blue Demons face the Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) in a River Ridge test, on Thursday, April 21. Christiansburg will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 12-5 league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA).
