Colorado High School Lacrosse - Cheyenne Mountain can't get by Evergreen
April 20, 2022: Colorado Springs, CO 80906 Evergreen Cougars (Evergreen, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO), 5-4 in a non-league battle.
The Cougars now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Denver South for a battle on Friday, April 22. Evergreen will clash with a Ravens squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO). The Ravens record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Red-Tailed Hawks clash with the Golden Demons (Golden, CO) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 22. Cheyenne Mountain will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Demons come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 15-3 non-league win over Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO).
