Virginia High School Lacrosse - Salem can't get by Western Albemarle
April 20, 2022: Salem, VA 24153 Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Salem Spartans (Salem, VA), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Monticello for a non-league battle on Friday, April 22. Western Albemarle will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 28. Salem will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
