Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Westerly drops to Fitch
April 20, 2022: Westerly, RI 02891 In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Fitch Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-6 victory over the Westerly Bulldogs.
The Falcons now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Waterford for a Eastern Connecticut - Large test on Tuesday, April 26. Fitch will face a Lancers squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over North Haven (North Haven, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 5-2.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Friday, April 22. Westerly will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 14-12 non-league win over South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI).
