Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Quaker Valley overwhelms Knoch
April 20, 2022: Leetsdale, PA 15056 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Quaker Valley Quakers (Leetsdale, PA) and the visiting Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA), saw Quaker Valley's lacrosse team top Knoch by a margin of 17-6.
The Quakers (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Winchester Thurston (Pittsburgh, PA). The enter the WPIAL 2A 1 challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Winchester Thurston was overwhelmed by Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA), 17-9, in a league challenge.
The Knights (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Freeport (Freeport, PA). The Yellowjackets enter the WPIAL 2A 2 challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Freeport beat Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA), 19-9, in a non-league challenge.
