Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH), 7-2 in a league challenge.

The Green Wave now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westlake for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. Holy Name will battle a Demons squad coming off a 14-7 league loss to Elyria Catholic (Elyria, OH). The Demons record now stands at 3-5.
