April 20, 2022: Vancouver, WA 98661 Seton Catholic Cougars (Vancouver, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Hudson's Bay Eagles (Vancouver, WA), 8-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Center for a 1A Trico challenge on Thursday, April 21. Seton Catholic will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Columbia (White Salmon, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Hudson's Bay falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Woodland (Woodland, WA) to battle the Beavers in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge on Thursday, April 21. The Beavers enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
