Georgia High School Lacrosse - Riverwood drops to Centennial
April 20, 2023: Roswell, GA 30076 Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Riverwood Raiders (Sandy Springs, GA), 20-5 in a non-league battle.
The Knights now have a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blessed Trinity for a 5A-6A Area 5 battle on Friday, April 21. Centennial will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA). The Titans record now stands at 15-2.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 25. Riverwood will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Golden Lions come into the battle with a 6-10 record after their 17-7 non-league loss to Harrison (Kennesaw, GA).
