In Thursday's league test, the visiting Jackson Polar Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Hudson Explorers.

The Polar Bears now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoover for a Region 2 test on Tuesday, April 25. Jackson will face a Vikings squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Lake (Uniontown, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 5-2.

In their next game, the Explorers face the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 21. Hudson will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Shoremen come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 19-14 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, OH).
