April 20, 2024: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), 20-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sycamore upgrades its record to 14-0 on the season. The Spartans host Kaneland (Maple Park, IL) to battle the Knights in a Interstate Eight test on Monday, April 22. The Knights come into the test with a record of 11-4. Kaneland lost 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL)
With the defeat, Glenbard South falls to 5-11 on the season. The Raiders host Bartlett (Bartlett, IL) to play the Hawks in a Upstate Eight battle on Monday, April 22. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 15-5. Bartlett won 9-2 in their recent non-league battle against Kaneland (Maple Park, IL)
