April 20, 2024: Plainfield, IL 60585 The Plainfield North Tigers baseball team (Plainfield, IL), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL)
The Lemont HS now hold a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thornton Fractional South for a South Suburban - Blue outing on Tuesday, April 23. Lemont will confront a Red Wolves team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Red Wolves record now stands at 10-7.
Next, the Tigers confront the Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) in a Southwest Prairie outing, on Monday, April 22. Plainfield North will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Wolves go into the outing with a 6-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).
