April 20, 2024: Blaine, WA 98230 The Blaine Borderites softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Lynden Christian Lyncs to 1 in the Borderites league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Blaine improves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Borderites travel to Anacortes (Anacortes, WA) to clash with the Seahawks in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Monday, April 22. The Seahawks come into the game with a record of 3-5. Anacortes lost 29-6 in their recent league game against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)
In their next game, the Lyncs clash with the Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout, on Monday, April 22. Lynden Christian will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 17-3 league loss to Blaine (Blaine, WA).
