Michigan High School Softball - Decatur bounces Lakeview
April 20, 2024: Decatur, MI 49045 Decatur Raiders (Decatur, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gull Lake for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 20. Decatur will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Lakeview falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Gull Lake (Richland, MI) to battle the Blue Devils in a Southwestern Michigan - East challenge on Saturday, April 20.
