New York High School Softball - Shaker nudges Liverpool
April 20, 2024: Latham, NY 12110 Shaker Bison (Latham, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Liverpool Warriors (Liverpool, NY), 6-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Bison now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Greenwich for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 20. Shaker will battle a Witches squad coming off a 13-10 league win over Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY). The Witches record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Liverpool falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY) to battle the Scotties in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 20. The Scotties enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Ballston Spa won 12-0 in their recent league challenge against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)
