Strawberry Crest Chargers (Dover, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Gaither Cowboys (Tampa, FL), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Strawberry Crest upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Chargers travel to Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL) to battle the Bulls in a 6A District 7 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Bulls come into the test with a record of 14-9. Bloomingdale won 9-4 in their recent non-league test against Sickles (Tampa, FL)

With the defeat, Gaither falls to 8-13 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Durant (Plant City, FL) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 26. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 13-8. Durant lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Plant City (Plant City, FL)
