Ohio High School Baseball - Lynchburg-Clay loses to Huntington
April 21, 2022: Lynchburg, OH 45142 The Huntington Huntsmen crushed the host Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Huntsmen now possess a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westfall for a Scioto Valley bout on Friday, April 22. Huntington will face a Mustangs team coming off a 12-7 league loss to Zane Trace (Chillicothe, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-6.
Next, the Mustangs face the Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH) in a Southern Hills bout, on Friday, April 22. Lynchburg-Clay will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 4-3 league win over West Union (West Union, OH).
