April 21, 2023: Bellevue, WA 98006 In Friday's league battle, the host Newport - Bellevue Knights soccer squad scored a close 3-0 win over the Issaquah Eagles.
The Knights (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Eastlake (Sammamish, WA). The Wolves come into the 4A KingCo test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Eastlake nudged Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA), 4-0, in a league test.
With the loss, Issaquah drops to 5-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Skyline (Sammamish, WA) to meet the Spartans in a 4A KingCo test on Tuesday, April 25. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 4-2. Skyline won 4-1 in their recent league test against Redmond (Redmond, WA)
