Kentucky High School Softball - Shawnee topped by Brown
April 21, 2025: Louisville, KY 40202 Brown Bears (Louisville, KY) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Shawnee Golden Eagles (Louisville, KY), 19-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Brown upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Fairdale (Fairdale, KY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, April 28. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 7-12.
The Golden Eagles now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Presentation for a District 25 game on Wednesday, April 23. Shawnee will play a Toppers squad coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Moore (Louisville, KY). The Toppers record now stands at 2-3.
