North Carolina High School Softball - South Point drops to West Brunswick
April 21, 2025: Shallotte, NC 28470 West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC), 12-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, West Brunswick improves its record to 6-10 on the year. The Trojans travel to South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to play the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls enter the game with a record of 9-12. South Stanly won 13-3 in their recent non-league game against South Columbus (Tabor City, NC)
The Red Raiders now hold a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to South Columbus for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. South Point will play a Stallions squad coming off a 8-7 league win over East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 6-8.
