April 22, 2022: Normal, IL 61761 Normal University Pioneers (Normal, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), 5-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Normal University upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL) to battle the Saints in a non-league test on Saturday, April 23. The Saints come into the test with a record of 6-7.
