Illinois High School Volleyball - Niles West tips Benet Academy
April 22, 2022: Skokie, IL 60077 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) and the visiting Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL), saw Niles West's volleyball squad nip Benet Academy by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Niles West upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Wolves host Warren Township (Gurnee, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, April 22. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 6-12. Warren Township lost 2-0 in their recent league game against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL)
The Redwings (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 9-6 record. In their last game, Downers Grove North held off Naperville North (Naperville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
