Colorado High School Soccer - Fossil Ridge nudges Windsor
April 22, 2022: Windsor, CO 80550 Fossil Ridge Sabercats (Fort Collins, CO) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Windsor Wizards (Windsor, CO), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sabercats confront the Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO) in a 5A Front Range challenge, on Tuesday, April 26. Fossil Ridge will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 8-0 league loss to Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO).
The Wizards now possess a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mead for a 4A/5A Northern challenge on Monday, April 25. Windsor will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Loveland (Loveland, CO). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-2.
