Kansas High School Softball - Anderson County gets by Central Heights
April 22, 2022: Richmond, KS 66080 The Anderson County Bulldogs nipped the host Central Heights Vikings softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Prairie View (La Cygne, KS). The Buffalos go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Prairie View held off Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chase County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 26. Central Heights will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
