Bethel Bees (Tipp City, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), 9-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Bees now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anna for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23.

With the loss, Dixie falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Milton-Union (West Milton, OH) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 25. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-4.
