Ohio High School Softball - Canton Central Catholic bounces Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy
April 22, 2022: Canton, OH 44708 Canton Central Catholic Crusaders (Canton, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. Canton Central Catholic will face a Warriors squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Royals host Triway (Wooster, OH) to face the Titans in a Principals Athletic challenge on Monday, April 25. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 13-0. Triway won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH)
