April 22, 2022: Humboldt, KS 66748 The Central Heights Vikings (Richmond, KS) softball routed the host Humboldt Cubs (Humboldt, KS), 15-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their bout against Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 2-6 record.
The Cubs now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cherryvale for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 26. Humboldt will confront a Chargers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Fredonia (Fredonia, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 3-2.
