April 22, 2022: Wheeling, WV 26003 The Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights softball team (Wheeling, WV), was routed 7-3 in Friday's non-league test with the visiting Martins Ferry Purple Riders (Martins Ferry, OH)
Coming up next, the Purple Riders encounter the Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 23. Martins Ferry will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Seminoles come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Beallsville (Beallsville, OH).
The Maroon Knights (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Shadyside (Shadyside, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league outing with a 3-4 record.
