Indiana High School Baseball - Forest Park nips Silver Creek
April 22, 2023: Ferdinand, IN 47532 Forest Park Rangers (Ferdinand, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Silver Creek Dragons (Sellersburg, IN), 6-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Forest Park upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Rangers travel to Pike Central (Petersburg, IN) to battle the Chargers in a Pocket test on Tuesday, April 25. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 1-7. Pike Central lost 12-11 in their recent non-league test against South Knox (Vincennes, IN)
With the defeat, Silver Creek falls to 9-5 on the season. The Dragons travel to Henryville (Henryville, IN) to battle the Hornets in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 25. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 6-5. Henryville won 5-4 in their recent league test against New Washington (New Washington, IN)
