Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH), 13-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Vikings travel to Green (Uniontown, OH) to battle the Bulldogs in a Federal test on Tuesday, April 25. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 6-7.
