Illinois High School Lacrosse - McHenry Highland Park
April 22, 2023: Highland Park, IL 60035 Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL), 9-6 in a non-league battle.
The Giants now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evanston for a Central Suburban battle on Monday, April 24.
With the defeat, McHenry drops to 1-9 on the season. The Warriors host Huntley (Huntley, IL) to play the Red Raiders in a Fox Valley match on Wednesday, April 26. The Red Raiders go into the match with a record of 4-7. Huntley won 20-3 in their recent league match against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL)
