The New Covenant Gryphons lacrosse squad (Lynchburg, VA), was overwhelmed 20-5 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA)

Coming up next, the Bishops meet the Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 25. Virginia Episcopal School will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Caissons enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA).

The Gryphons now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they host North Cross for a VISAA Division 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 25. New Covenant will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 15-6 non-league win over Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 5-5.
