Virginia High School Lacrosse - Oakton sneaks past West Potomac
April 22, 2023: Vienna, VA 22181 The Oakton Cougars lacrosse team scored 9 points and held the visiting West Potomac Wolverines to 8 in the Cougars non-league win on Saturday.
The Cougars (5-4) will now prepare for their match against James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Warhawks go into the Concorde match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, James Madison nudged Woodson (Fairfax, VA), 18-3, in a non-league match.
The Wolverines (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Titans go into the Patriot match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Alexandria City was tipped by West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 9-8, in a league match.
