New York High School Softball - Lancaster can't hold off Liverpool
April 22, 2023: Liverpool, NY 13090 The Liverpool Warriors softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Lancaster Legends to 2 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Liverpool moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Warriors host West Genesee (Camillus, NY) to clash with the Wildcats in a Section 3 Central Counties - National game on Tuesday, April 25. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 5-3. West Genesee lost 8-4 in their recent league game against Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY)
In their next game, the Legends clash with the Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 22. Lancaster will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Red Raiders come into the game with a 5-3 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Brighton (Rochester, NY).
