April 22, 2024: West Middletown, DE 19709 The Kent County Trojans baseball team (Worton, MD), was overwhelmed 24-0 in Monday's non-league outing with the host Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE)
The Jaguars now hold a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Middletown for a Blue Hen - Flight A outing on Thursday, April 25. Appoquinimink will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-2 non-league Caravel (Bear, DE). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-5.
Next, the Trojans confront the Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD) in a Bayside - North outing, on Tuesday, April 23. Kent County will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Colonels go into the outing with a 13-2 record after their 2-0 league win over North Caroline (Ridgely, MD).
