With the triumph, Ashley moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to confront the Irish in a Mid-State contest on Friday, May 16. The Irish come into the contest with a record of 11-2.
The Huskies now possess a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fulton for a Mid-State contest on Tuesday, April 22. Breckenridge will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Lakeview (Lakeview, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
