The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA) and the visiting Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA), saw Philipsburg-Osceola's baseball team gain a win over Central by a tally of 9-3.

The Mountaineers (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats enter the Laurel Highlands East battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Huntingdon held off Bedford (Bedford, PA), 10-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Dragons face the Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA) in a Laurel Highlands West battle, on Thursday, April 24. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 2-11 record after their 14-4 league loss to Bedford (Bedford, PA).
