New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Ramapo drops to New Providence
April 22, 2025: New Providence, NJ 07924 New Providence Pioneers (New Providence, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ), 12-8 in a non-league game.
With the victory, New Providence advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Columbia (Maplewood, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, April 25. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 4-3. Columbia lost 13-12 in their recent non-league game against Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ)
The Raiders now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league game on Friday, April 25. Ramapo will play a Cardinals team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Waldwick (Waldwick, NJ). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-4.
