April 23, 2022: Round Rock, TX 78683 The Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX) baseball nipped the visiting Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX), 6-5 in Saturday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Raiders play the Hutto Hippos (Hutto, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 contest, on Tuesday, April 26. Cedar Ridge will attempt to better on its 13-14 season record. The Hippos enter the contest with a 4-14 record after their 10-1 league win over Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX).
The Eagles now sport a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they host Liberty Hill for a 5A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, April 26. Georgetown will play a Panthers squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Leander (Leander, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 12-3.
