New York High School Lacrosse - Minisink Valley drops to Archbishop Stepinac
April 23, 2022: White Plains, NY 10605 In Saturday's non-league test, the host Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a good 17-3 victory over the Minisink Valley Warriors.
The Crusaders now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kellenberg Memorial for a Catholic - Island test on Tuesday, April 26. Archbishop Stepinac will face a Firebirds squad coming off a 12-4 league loss to Iona Prep (New Rochelle, NY). The Firebirds record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Warriors face the O'Neill Raiders (Highland Falls, NY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 28. Minisink Valley will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 18-15 non-league win over New Paltz (New Paltz, NY).
