April 23, 2022: Berwyn, PA 19312 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Upper Arlington Golden Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-5 victory over the Conestoga Pioneers.
The Golden Bears now have a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hilliard Bradley for a Region 3 test on Tuesday, April 26. Upper Arlington will face a squad coming off a 20-2 league loss to Hilliard Davidson (Hilliard, OH). The record now stands at 2-9.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Penncrest Lions (Media, PA) in a Central battle, on Tuesday, April 26. Conestoga will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 12-1 record after their 16-9 non-league win over Kennett (Kennett Square, PA).
