April 23, 2022: Clarksville, TN 37042 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish (Kankakee, IL) and the host West Creek Coyote (Clarksville, TN), witnessed Bishop McNamara's softball squad prevail over West Creek by a count of 14-2.
The Fightin' Irish now sport a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Portland for a non-league match on Saturday, April 23. Bishop McNamara will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Springfield (Springfield, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 5-13.
With the loss, West Creek moves to 4-8 on the season. The Coyote travel to Northeast (Clarksville, TN) to meet the Eagles in a 4A District 13 match on Tuesday, April 26. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 2-10. Northeast lost 25-0 in their recent non-league match against Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN)
