April 23, 2022: Orangeville, IL 61060 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Orangeville Broncos (Orangeville, IL) and the visiting Freeport Pretzels (Freeport, IL), witnessed Orangeville's softball squad prevail over Freeport by a count of 12-2.
The Broncos now sport a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Forreston for a non-league match on Monday, April 25. Orangeville will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 21-0 league win over Amboy (Amboy, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, Freeport moves to 7-5 on the season. The Pretzels travel to Belvidere (Belvidere, IL) to meet the Bucs in a Northern Illinois NIC-9 match on Monday, April 25.
