Illinois High School Softball - Havana bounces West Prairie
April 23, 2022: Havana, IL 62644 Havana Ducks (Havana, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting West Prairie Cyclones (Sciota, IL), 10-0 in a league challenge.
The Ducks now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Macomb for a West Central Conference - North challenge on Monday, April 25. Havana will battle a Bombers squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Hamilton/Warsaw (Hamilton, IL). The Bombers record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, West Prairie falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cyclones travel to Farmington (Farmington, IL) to battle the Farmers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 26. The Farmers enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. Farmington lost 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Lewistown (Lewistown, IL)
