Illinois High School Softball - Quincy Notre Dame bounces Jacksonville
April 23, 2022: Quincy, IL 62301 Quincy Notre Dame Raiders (Quincy, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL), 18-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. Quincy Notre Dame will battle a Bluejays squad coming off a 17-8 league win over New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly (New Berlin, IL). The Bluejays record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Jacksonville falls to 1-16 on the campaign. The Crimsons travel to Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 8-6. Camp Point Central won 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL)
