Washington High School Softball - Sedro-Woolley bounces Meadowdale
April 23, 2022: Lynnwood, WA 98037 The Sedro-Woolley Cubs routed the host Meadowdale Mavericks softball squad by a count of 17-7 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Cubs (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA). The Storm go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Squalicum was routed by Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA), 16-2, in a league battle.
The Mavericks now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Marysville-Pilchuck for a 2A/3A Wesco battle on Monday, April 25. Meadowdale will meet a Tomahawks squad coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Tomahawks record now stands at 6-7.
