New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Long Branch can't get by Sayreville
April 23, 2024: Long Branch, NJ 07740 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Sayreville Bombers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Long Branch Green Wave.
The Bombers now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Thomas Aquinas for a GMC - White test on Thursday, April 25. Sayreville will face a Trojans squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Edison (Edison, NJ). The Trojans record now stands at 0-7.
In their next game, the Green Wave face the Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ) in a Shore - Independence test, on Thursday, April 25. Long Branch will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 0-8 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Monmouth Regional (Tinton Falls, NJ).
