Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Warde tipped by Pomperaug
April 23, 2024: Fairfield, CT 06430 Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT), 13-11 in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bethel for a South West battle on Thursday, April 25. Pomperaug will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 14-4 league loss to Weston (Weston, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-5.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Shelton Gaels (Shelton, CT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 25. Warde will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Gaels come into the battle with a 5-3 record after their 6-5 league loss to Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT).
