April 23, 2024: Richmond, VA 23229 The Collegiate Cougars triumphed over the host Freeman Mavericks lacrosse team by a score of 17-8 in Tuesday's non-league match.
With the win, Collegiate upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Cougars host Blue Ridge (St. George, VA) to play the Barons in a non-league match on Friday, April 26. The Barons go into the match with a record of 8-6. Blue Ridge won 19-5 in their recent non-league match against The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA)
With the defeat, Freeman drops to 7-2 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Godwin (Richmond, VA) to play the Eagles in a Colonial match on Thursday, April 25. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 3-3. Godwin won 8-5 in their recent non-league match against Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA)
