Minnesota High School Lacrosse - Orono drops to Minnetonka
April 23, 2024: Long Lake, MN 55356 Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN), 8-3 in a non-league test.
The Skippers now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hill-Murray for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Minnetonka will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 15-6 non-league win over Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) in a Wright County test, on Thursday, April 25. Orono will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 8-7 league win over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN).
