Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN), 8-3 in a non-league test.

The Skippers now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hill-Murray for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Minnetonka will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 15-6 non-league win over Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) in a Wright County test, on Thursday, April 25. Orono will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 8-7 league win over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN).
